We are open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 4pm eastern time.
Size Availability
We currently sell items from size X-Small to size Large however you can custom order up to a size 2X depending on the item.
Restocks
*We do not have set dates on restocks. You can put in a Notify* request by clicking on the tab on the sold out items page on the right hand side bar. Once the item is restocked it will automatically notify you via the email you provide. We do not restock sale items.
Processing Time
*All items on our website are made to order and have processing times located in the items description. This time is the estimated time prior to an item shipping which is usually roughly 2-3 weeks or more depending on order volume. If an item has 7-12 business days or more processing this means it will be scheduled to ship from our location after this processing time is complete. All orders must be processed prior to being shipped.
Rush Delivery
* Rush delivery is available at checkout and includes rush processing. For example if you select 8 business day delivery the item will be delivered in 8 business days. We also offer custom rush delivery by request through customer service.
Size Chart
*Our size chart is available on our home page at the bottom, please use this as a guide for sizing. Our model wears a size X-Small (0-2) or Small (4-6) for shooting. Most items are made from spandex materials which means they stretch, however this does not guarantee it will stretch enough to go up a size. Depending on the material some items may not have as much stretch as others, this includes velvet or stretch leather. Please use size chart for guidance or call customer service for material inquiries prior to purchasing.
Exchanges
*We accept most items for exchange however you must be approved through customer service prior to sending your item back for an exchange inspection determination. Once received please allow 5 business days for processing although it may be processed sooner. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange, (i.e. swimsuits, clearance items, custom orders)
Multiple Statement Charges/Billing Address Issues
*When an order is attempted in our system our credit card processor system will make an attempt to place the order and charge the order. Once it can not match the billing address with the address that your card holder has on file, it will reject the order and place a temporary hold on the amount. If the address issue isn't resolved our processor will then refund the pending amount from your account usually within 3 business days, this ultimately means an order was not placed thus you will not receive a 5-6 digit order confirmation number. If you do not receive an order number please call your bank to verify the correct billing address prior to attempting the order again.
Paypal
All purchases made through Paypal must have confirmed addresses or it will result in the cancelation of your order. At this time we do not accept PayPal.
International Shipping
*We do ship internationally to most countries. Please see shipping options at checkout. At this time we do not ship to countries in Africa, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Our Customer Care team will be able to check whether your order may be cancelled. Please contact them via telephone as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that we are unable to cancel your order after 24hours as your order is now in pre-production stages.
If it is too late for us to cancel your order, you will need to return your order in accordance with our returns policy or call for a store credit.
Unfortunately we are not able to add items to an order, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.
Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and can not be applied to previous orders.
Please check that the code/link you are using is still valid and not out of date. Be aware that many discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
Yes, you can return items from different orders in the same package as long as all items have been approved for return.
I haven't received an email response, why haven't you responded?
Please allow 48 hours during the business week for an email response, if you do not receive a response within 48 hours we have not received your email. Please call us directly or resend the email.
