Shipping Information

Step 1. Order Processing Times (Prior to Shipping)

Every item on our website has a processing time. These processing times can vary anywhere from 2 business days to 12 business days, depending on the item. Processing times are listed in each item description, and must be completed prior to shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, the order will begin processing. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST begin processing on the following business day.

Please note that processing times include business days only, Monday - Friday. Exclusions include weekends and holidays. Holiday processing times are typically extended, so it is best to call for an estimated time frame.

Step 2. Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has completed processing, please allow an estimated 1 - 3 business days for shipping.

Express Orders must be shipped to the card holders billing address. Or they will not be processed.

Step 3. Tracking Information & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, tracking/shipping information will be issued to the email address listed on your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the USPS tracking system to update with your item's exact location. Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Shipping) generally takes 2-4 business days for delivery. All orders require mandatory signature confirmation upon delivery.

All pick up orders require state ID.

All US orders $200 or more ship FREE with Standard Shipping (2-4 days) 

Domestic shipping to the continental U.S. (48 contiguous states), Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories, is handled by the United States Postal Service.

USPS Priority Shipping (Standard): 2- 4 business days 


Clothing: $9.25 per item.

Shoes: $18.50 per shoe.


All international orders $250 or more ship FREE with Ground International Shipping (7-14 days)

Canada Only: $18.00 per item.

Time : 5-7 business days.

USPS First Class International

All other countries: $25 per item.
